Homemade Fireworks.

Is there any law about selling homemade smoke bombs? Also I wish to know is there any law about sending such products through the mail?

Selling fireworks are regulated by law in Pennsylvania. I suggest you seek the advice of an an attorney, for what you propose may violate the law. There are ways to sell fireworks to out of state residents as long the law their state is not violated. Be careful.
