Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
ihave an auto lease that shows the buyout at $3986. the dealer ship says that this a misprint on my lease and it should be $13,986. can i hold them to the $3986 ? both parties signed the lease.

You should see a lawyer. If you didn't realize or know that they made a mistake, the contract should be be upheld. They will not pay voluntarily, but if the mistake was in their favor, you can bet they would come after you for the mistaken amount. A lawyer should be able to file paperrs eeking enforcemnet of the contract, or at the very least, settle the matter for much less than 13,000. If you knew or suspected that it was a mistake, and that will be very hard to prove unless theat figure appears on other documents you signed, the contract should probably be enforced as written.
