Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
Investing in Real Estate
I am a novice when it comes to real estate...
I am wondering... Can you start a corporation or LLC with the sole intention of investing in rental properties/buildings? A friend and I want to start accumulating property for income and we thought this might limit our liability.
Please let me know..
Thanks.

Re: Investing in Real Estate
The purpose that you have described is a legitimate reason to form an independant entity. Many people who invest in real estate use either a corporation of LLC to limited their liability. If I can be of any assitance please let me know. Gerald Hershenson 215-579-9390
