Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
A lady i work with has been taking money from the business by way of checks and credit cards. I have brought this to the owners attention and he either doesnt care or is just plain scared to do anything. The money taken is upward 50-60K. It is a small company and this is affecting me in many ways . is there any legal action that i can take. Thanks for any info.

I don't think you have standing to raise this as an issue if the owner is unwilling to pursue it.
