Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
I am leaving the company I work for and had signed a non-compete. The non-compete states I will not do ANY business with current clients of my employer. Can they really stop me from working with any their clients if the work is in an unrelated area?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. You really need to show the entire non-compete you signed to an attorney. Generally speaking, client lists and information are usually proprietary and belong to your employer. Using and of your employers proprietary information after you leave is not proper even if you didn't sign a non-compete. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
