Is it legal for a company to charge a price for a service under two different names, but both types charges go towards the same thing?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. There is nothing inherently illegal with such a practice. Companies often market the same service under different brands, etc. The answer would change if there has been misrepresentation, fraud, etc. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
