Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
Is it legal for an employer to offer an exempt employee two days comp time to work 1.5 hrs extra for 11 consecutive business days, then rescind the comp time allowance after the exempt employee has accepted the offer yet demand the exempt employee to work the extra hours?
