How do i legally sign over a llc business to my daughter?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. It all depends on how your LLC was set up. Are you the only member? Are you the managing member? What do your LLC documents say about transferring a majority interest? You really need to bring all your LLC documents to a lawyer for consultation. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area who is familiar with LLC's for specific advice.
