Re: Llc
In theory your personal liability would be limited. So if you have an LLC and your personal affairs and your business affairs are distinct and seperate entities then generally your business creditors could not come after your personal assets. However, if you run your business as an extension of your personal affairs your business creditors will be able to pursue you personally.

There are certain advantages to an LLC over a corporation but with both your personal liability is limited. If you are considering an LLC, you should also discuss the formation of a corporation with your attorney. I would not advise forming either without an attorney.
