LLC and Investment Properties
Does the LLC's name need to appear on both the investment property mortgage and deed for it to be the owner of the investment property, or will it suffice to have some of the members' names on those documents?

Re: LLC and Investment Properties
The LLC's name should be on both the mortgage and hold title to the property. There are many reasons for it to be done in this manner. I suggest you consult legal counsel. If I can of assistence let me know. For a small fee, I will be happy to consult with you. Gerald Hershenson 215-579-9390
