Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania

I need help regarding my MLM. I am a distributor for a product. I received an email stating that I was in violation of policy for selling on eBay and my account was suspended for a year. The problem was I hadn't been on my eBay account for 4 months. When I tried to log in it would not accept my info. I called and my username and password had been changed. eBay verified my info and reset my username/password so I could get on. When I accessed my account, all my info had been changed, PayPal email address, address, and my name. There were many items that had been sold through my account. What can I [email protected]

Sounds like you have been the victim of identity theft. Report the incident to eBay, PayPal, and your manufacturer. Then report the incident to the Federal Commission and finally check your credit report for suspicious activity.
