Is a non-compete agreement enforceable for an at-will employee in Pennslyvania?

Look through my previous answers for a more complete explanation, but yes, to a degree non-compete agreements are enforceable for at will employees in PA.

But any agreement is only as good as you lawyer. If you're an employer I can advise you on how most properly enforce a non-compete agreement. If you are an employee I can advise you on how to minimize or nuetralize the effect of a non-compete agreement.
