how long can a non-disclosure agreement cbe considered valid if there is no time limit documented

The answer depends on the type of agreement and the circumstances under which it was signed. If it is for nondisclosure of confidential information, trade secrets or other proprietary information, the agreement can generally be enforced until the information is in the public domain.
