Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
Online Retail
Do i need a business license to resell products on my own website or on e-bay. If so do I need a business license for where i do business or where my Website/E-bay is hosted? Or is there something special for online? Pretty Much what is the cardinal rule for being an online retailer, when dealing with business licenses and taxes.

The answer to your question, there is no cardinal rule. Everyone that can get a hand in your pocket wants you to get a license or pay tax.
Every business needs to have a relationship with an attorney to assist them in making these and many other decisions.
