Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania

I have the opportunity to broker multimillion dollar assets nationally and internationally and make a million + per deal. I live in PA part of the year and overseas the other part. I need an attorney to come up with a procedure, draft a standard contract(s) and insure I get paid. I am willing to pay 50% of the profits in exchange for your legal work. If interested just reply.
