Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
Can Ownership claim item
money making novelty machine brought into business and never is serviced no phone number or contact name to be reached some of machine has been empty for months.
Person has not tried to contact busness for machine or removal.
can it be claimed by busniness?

Yes and no. It depends on the agreement and circumstance surrounding placement of the machines. There are a few alternatives which range from abandoned property to default to escheat law. An attorney would have to look at the documents, if any, send out a few letters, make some calls, do some research and prepare an opnion.
This isn't to suggest that is your only alternative, but I can't suggest anything other than the above. I, or any other attorney, would be happy to pursue this matter, but only you can determine if this would be cost effective.
