Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
In Pennsylvania, I own 80% of a sub S Corporation. I am trying to lease the corp.'s real estate under a lease purchase agreement. My 20% partner has objected and is threatening to stop the sale. Can he do this?

What does your shareholder agreement say? I would advise you to discuss the situation in depth with an attorney. You should review your incoorporation documents and corporate bylaws as well.
