Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania

Question of partnership

My ex boyfriend and I started to build a website business. I came up with the name, the tagline, we both worked on the layout, and then I spent hundreds of hours researching and writing all the articles. We just broke up and agreed to get rid of the business as it wasn't even up yet. (We bought the domain name under his name). Now i see that he is advertising for a writer to continue with the business on his own. It can not be legal for him to just take it over and I dont have any say in the matter. I have all the original articles on my computer, but he does have them in the site. The site is not live yet. Please tell me what I can do!

Re: Question of partnership

You have 3 options...

1.) Do nothing and forget about it, move on with your life and consider this an important lesson learned.

2.) Demand compensation from your ex...at whatever you consider a fair rate.

3.) File an immediate civil suit against him....

Give me a call and we can talk about it.
