Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
I have two questions on the same matter. The first question: I am starting my own internet business. How do I keep others from taking my idea? The second question: I will be asking companies to agree to offer discounts on their product (only when the customer goes through my website) in return for advertising and promoting their product. How do I make sure they follow through with the discount after they agree to offer it?

As a Franchise Attorney I have to ask what kind of idea are you talking about? Normally, ideas cannot be protected except via trade secret (not letting anybody else know). If the idea is disclosed in your internet business, it's free for anyone to use. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
