Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
I received a letter from my employer stating that they have over paid me for the last ten years and that I owe them $33,000. They have all ready started taking $200 out of my pay. Is there any recourse?

I would think that there may be statute of limitations issues involved. it may be that they can only recover payments made in error for a stated period of time. Of course all cases turn on the facts and you would best be served by contacting an attorney to review your case. I would not wait.
