Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania

I was recently fired from my job for an action that was seen on the video camera, not in person. The action was not illegal, just a practical joke. Can they legally fire me from a video surveillance tape?

They can legally fire you for whatever reason, if you are an "at will" employee, as long as it is not based on race, gender, etc. Doesn't matter if it was a joke, illegal, an illegal joke, a legal joke, not a joke at all.
