Refusal of service
Does an owner of an eating and drinking establishment have the right to refuse to server someone?

You asked if a person may be refused service.
Once again, anybody can discriminate against anyone for any reason. It is only when a person is unlawfully discriminated against a person because they are a member of a protected class that discrimination is illegal.
So if a bar refuses to serve a person because they are being an ass, or annoying or they are ugly or dressed funny, then that is fine.
