Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
a rep from Dex Knows advertising copy printed my signature on advertising documents and i got charged $1000.00s extra. I have these contracts and it shows my signature as exacly the same but the date is different. some documents even have the wrong ss# on them. Isn't this illegal and can i press charges

The other attorney is right on point here. Forgery is a very serious offense, if you can prove it. Consult with a good attorney in your area for specific advice.
