Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
sale of busines
I am selling some equipment and a customer list to one party and the remaining assets (trucks & other equipment) individually. As I am not selling the entire business to the one party would the contract '' Agreement of Sale of Business Assets'' be appropriate?

It does not really matter what you title a contract. It matters what is included in the contract. If you want me of another one of the attorneys on this site would be happy to review your contract for a fee to ensure that your contract states what you want.
