Service Marks
I sell management services to hospitals. Our program name service marked. Should the hospital terminate the contract for cause and wish to continue offering the services without our services, can they still use the service marked name?

Re: Service Marks
In general, no, though the answer depends in part on what your contract with the hospital specifies. A cease and desist letter sent by an attorney to the hosptial may be enough to bring their use of your service mark to an end.
