Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania

I started a company that recently has been stolen from me because I didn't have a chance to fully copy-write. What do I do next?

Do not understand your question as stated. Do you mean incorporate? a copyright protects a craetive endeavor like a song, book, screen play etc.

As a Franchise Attorney I agree with the other attorney answer. Copyright does not protect a company name, logo, etc. Trademark law steps into the picture here, and if you were the first in use and time, you already established common law rights. You may be able to go after the other company. Consult with a good trademark or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
