starting an internet business
I would like to start a clothing retail business online. I live in PA. My business will be strictly online only- no physical store. Do you know what permits and licenses I will need? Who do I contact about applying for them?

The state itself typically does not require a license for this type of business, but depending upon how you plan on running your business, you may need to be concerned with local zoning ordinances.
