Starting an Online adult adult toy store

I wanted to discreetly start an online adult toy store. So I obtained my business license, tax Id#, company name, website, hosting, and drop ship wholesaler based out of New Jersey. But something doesn�t fell right. Is there anything else that I should do to ensure everything is legal by the state and/or locally?

Yes, you need to ensure you are in compliance with local zoning ordinances as well. Pennsylvania also has some stringent obscenity statutes, so you'd be well advised to have them reviewed carefully for you in light of your merchandise.
