Statute of limitations in PA for B to B, in this case

First, thanks to others for previous and continued help on another semi-related matter. My corp declared CH7, was closed with Final Decree and I own this potential action. About a year to a year and a half ago, I discovered offenses that caused me and my company damages. In 2002,we were asked by our existing client to design a new type of product for them using their logo. We spent at least $30,000 on samples and designs they requested and two of our highest ranking managers were handling this client. Representing my company, these two gave our client the samples/designs.A few months later, one manager was fired(self imposed)and the other quit.They formed their own company and took our samples/design and presented them to this client.The client used the newly formed company, knowing exactly what was going on-in fact the client's purchaser said in private to one of my employees that''we are taking a big risk in giving this work to the new company.''From that time on, the client would not take our calls as the new salesman for us was stonewalled. I believe I may have a workorder written up by one of the ex-employees requesting these samples for our client. We spent at least $30,000 but the opportunity cost/consequense was far greater
