taking a urine test for a job

i went in for a job were my father works. i sighned papers saying they can not reveal information to anyone about my testings if i faild. we'll i took the test and did not pass. my father was the informed of every bit of information that the doctors knew of. how can i get that company in trouble for what they did?

I do not have the complete information necessary to give you a definite answer. It does seem that the company has violated disclosure laws and perhaps invaded your privacy. You do not indicate your age. If you are a minor it is possible disclosure is permitted to a parent in certain limited circumstances. I suggest that you contact an attorney to discuss this issue.
