last testament
Is there any way I can stop a person from contesting a will

Re: last testament
I will assume that you are concerned about someone contesting your will after you die. As you can imagine, there isnt much you can do after you have passed away. However, you can purchase someones silence. Ask your attorney to draft your will with language similar to this To Bob, I give $200,000 unless Bob contests this will. If Bob contests this will, then Bob forfeits this gift. In this scenario, you are in essence purchasing Bobs agreement not to contest the will in exchange for $200,000. There are other will-drafting techniques, though nothing is bulletproof. You should discuss your concerns and fears with your attorney.
