Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
Can a trade person (locksmith) who did work on my house as a favor to my then girlfriend, come back over a year later and request full payment for the work since we broke up? There was no contract signed.

He can ask and might even have a case if he sues for the value of his work in "quasi- contract," on a theory of quantum meruit or unjust enrichment but it would be a pretty difficult case from his perspective.
