Trademark License

I have started my own business making games for picnics, bbq's, tailgates, etc. I would like to take steps in making games with NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, and College Teams' colors and logos. How do I go about doing this? Can I just pay the NFL and be able to use ALL the professional teams colors and logos or will I have to contact each team individually? Is there a website I can visit for buying rights to trademarks? Thank you in advance and I would really appreciate any kind of help.

You asked about licensing team trademarks.

You can actually go either route,but you will want to do so through an attorney. The leagues will generally avoid negotiating with unrepresented parties as they generally generate too much work given the potential dollars involved.
