where do I get a warranty written for a product or service I sellk or provide

Some context: A standard written warranty is essentially a promise or guarantee. For many products and services there is a legally applied warranty by default ("implied" warranty). The written warranty ("explicit" warranty) that's included with a product or service either repeats the legal standard, adds assurances, disclaims assurances, clarifies assurances, etc. There are also some legally required warranties you can't disclaim, depending on the product or service.
