Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
We have web-based consultancy that gives free, independent technical advise - how can we protect us legally in case we give the wrong advise? Example: we advise to use material X to build a structure, but this proved to be the wrong material and the structure collapses and now the clients wants to sue us.
