Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
I have a website in PA and a customer in CT wanted to return their products, however, they waited too long and did not follow my posted return policy. Am I responsible for returning their money? Can they take me to court over $200? If so, what state is jurisdiction? Thanks

Any attorney will say you are probably not obligated to return their money if they did not follow the stated return policy. It's a judgment call whether you want to try and work something out with them. In theory, they could sue you in small claims court in CT. You would have to defend (appear) or move to change venue to CT - which would cost you a lot more than $200. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
