You may have several claims against the company for falsely accusing you of a crime and taking you under "custody". There may may be claims of malicious prosecution, false imprisonment, and other avenues for making a claim. these matters are fact sensitive and withou reviewing all the facts one can not be certain. I would advise you to contact an attorney to discuss the matter. feel free to contact me if you have any questions. You did not indicate when this all happened since there are statute of limitations in bringing potential claims It is important you act quickly.
The other attorney is right on point here. A review of all facts and a personal consultation is needed. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
