Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania
On the 4th of July, my family and I went to Red Lobster. We ordered our food and the salads come out first. My husband was half way done and noticed a juicy fly or whatever bug at the bottom. Is there something that we could do about it?

Really, what do you want to do about it? Were you sick? Injured in any way? If the answer, is no, then not much can be done. Yes, it is disgusting but I have had bugs in my food before. You point it out to your waiter and they usually deduct the cost of the meal off your tab and then life goes on. Its up to you as to whether you want to ever go back there or not. This is not worth suing over unless you went to the hospital with food poisioning or something. In that casee, you can get medical costs, lost wages and pain and suffering. Consult with a personal injury lawyer if that is the case.
