Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

I am accused of sexual harassment

I male, and a female coworker 18 years younger than I has said that she feels I have created a hostile environment for her. She initiated a conversation with me once about oral sex, because of something which she sent me in an email. One night we went out with other coworkers to dance and afterward went to her place where she asked me to give her a massage, I rubbed her neck and shoulders and then I went home.

I have been suspended with pay since last week and fear termination and being labeled as a harasser.

I do not believe I harassed her, this is based on my understanding of Title VII, but what recourse do I have if they do terminate me?

I have been unable to sleep and have had migraines and petit mal seizures ever since my suspension.

Re: I am accused of sexual harassment

Obviously it is seldom a good idea to become intimate with coworkers. Consensual socializing is not a crime, but often leads to misunderstandings, as in your case. You have the right to defend yourself, to present your side of the story, and to be heard that you did nothing improper and did not intend sexual harassment. You should do so. Good luck.
