Babysitter deliberately went against wishes

I had someone babysit my 3 month old child and I SPECIFICALLY told this person that my son was not to be in the presence of another individual - because I do not agree with this woman's lifestyle - and now pictures of this woman holding my child have surfaced. Can I take legal action?

Sure. File suit in small claims against the babysitter for assault and battery on behalf of your baby. Then, you explain to the court the actual money damages you and your baby suffered because someone held your baby that you did not want to hold your baby. Then, IF you win your case, which is not likely, try having the sheriff execute on your $50 judgment against the babysitter and all her assets...which are probably like $20, some CDs, and a Justin Timberlake poster.

Or, you can just get a different babysitter.

It sounds to me like you don't like one of the Grandparents. I don't see any cause of action, even if it were practical, which as the other answer points out, it is not.
