Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

My boyfreind and I signed a lease for an apartment, he has now left. Since he signed the contract, is there anything I can do legally for him to pay 1/2 the lease

You can sue him in small claims court. In Philadelphia, this would be in the Municipal Court and in any other county, it would be your local District Justice Magistrates court.
