my boyfriend is 21 and im 17, what can happen?

im 17 and pregnant, ill be 18 in 5 months. my boyfriend is 21, can he still go to jail and can i move in with him if he has a good job and a place to live of his own.

The ONLY thing he can be charged with (in theory)is corruption of minors. It is NOT statutory rape. It is unlikely (not impossible, but very unlikely) that he would be charged with this, however....particularly if no one is pushing it. Get your parents on board, and all will be fine.
