are children and youth able to do this????
About 1 year ago children and youth took my son from me just because someone said something that wasnt true anyway after they took him about two weeks later i found out that they are supposed to give me a placement hearing for him 72 hrs. after they place him in foster care is that true?and the second is the head of public welfare is also children and youth defence attorny coan you hold them two offices at the same time without conflict of intrest?

You definitely were entitled to a hearing, and a court-appointed lawyer, depending on where you are.
You need to get in front of the judge to make sure your rights are protected, assuming the proceedings are on-going.
If someone took my kids, I'd be down there at the court every day fighting to get them back.
If your kids have been gone since then, you may be in a really difficult position to get them back.
