cival action on me

my old house said there is a cival action paper

delivered it reads an accident in 04 they want money for

out of pocket for rental car.they were paid by ins for car. i

now know that she waited a while after vehicle was

done at shop to pick it up while having rental what

should i do?

Well, you need to respond to the suit, or, if it's a small claims matter in front of a district justice, you need to attend the hearing and defend it.

Take whatever proof you have that she delayed picking up the car which resulted in a higher rental bill. You may have to bring someone in to testify to this from the garage that fixed her car.
