I need help in searching on anything concerning protection of your civil rights in Pennsylvania and concerning what constitutes violation of your civil rights. Especially in the area of prohibiting the unauthorized use of electronic harassment weapons/direct energy weapons in the State of PA.

Are there any laws prohibiting the unauthorized use of electronic weapons?

What civil rights legislation exists in Pennsylvania (for drawing upon in the event there are no laws prohibiting the unauthorized use of electronic weapons)?

Not sure what you're talking about. Are yout talking about tasers?

Only law enforcement is authorized to use tasers in PA, and only after they have been trained.
