If I Co-sign for someone and the turned around and stuck me with the balance on the bill can I sue them for what I had to pay?

Yes you can. The issue is how much is involved. If it is a large sum of money, over $8,000. you should see a lawyer, because the case would have to be in Common Pleas Court, and the rules are somewhat complicated and must be followed. If it is less than 8,000, you can bring the case in small claims (District Justice) Court. although you can sue this person, the problem will be colletinh the money, and you will probably need a lawyer for that.
