Defamation of Character of a Juvienille
Does a Police Officer have the right to share or spread information of an incident and/or crime that happened on his shift involving a minor in a slandering way and it be legal?

Defamation and slander is never legal. A person may be sued for defamation..under certain conditions.. if their statement is false. In addition, juvenile criminal proceedings are confidential under the law and may not be revealed. You don't indicate if the person (minor) was arrested or not; if they were, the charges are confidential.
