Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania
No Due Process Rights
In the 80's I stood up for my rights to work in a man's job. Ever since, attorneys intentionally have sabotaged any case we've needed help with, for ex., my in-law took stock out of my husband's name by deceiving the bank into believing he was dead... We went through 5 attorneys and I was threatened at every turn and they stated she was too old to prosecute (70) for federal, criminal, and civil crimes. We were denied due process of the law such as discovery...Attorneys told me banks were controlled by the mob and they promised a lot of people they would make this go away, and I was threatened a lot like if I pursued this I could be shot, our house could be burnt to the ground, or our well could be poisoned...Then when the in-law & her attorney filed a fraudulent survey, no attorney would dispute the survey for us neighbors claiming it was so fraudulent and if we tried to do anything about it, we would be sorry...I even filed a properly detailed complaint with the surveyor's board and I was told it must be kept confidential and I couldn't talk about it or the fact that the investigator stated it would be best if I dropped it since things have a way of getting leaked out and we wouldn't want property damage. I am tired of threats.

I'm really not clear what your question is. What are you asking? What are you looking for? Where are you located?
