after being engaged for two years, i had to call it off due to her drug problem and cheating, now im stuck paying for the engagement ring and wedding band that i took back, among that fact that she pressured me into buying a new suv that im paying, so she would have room to lay down in when we went some where because of her bad back, she also pressured me to sell my classic car i had for 34 years so we could get married, is there any legal action i can take in pa

However, you already got the ring back. I am not sure what else you can get from her. Pennsylvania abolished what are called "Heart Balm" actions.

Trade in the SUV for something fuel effiicent or buy another classic car if that is what you want. But the fact that you sold your car and got an SUV does not give you any causes of action against your former fianc�e.
