Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

My ex-wife tried to take an abuse situation against our daughter to CYS but it didn't work because I was in Pittsburgh, which is 6 hours away from where I live. Since that didn't work she took it into the courts and put the same statement down and got a PFA against me. At the time of the PFA I did not have any representation and on top of that it didn't even go into court because her lawyer said he just wanted to get it done and over with because he wanted to get to the bar and have a drink. The alligations that she has made towards me are out rageous and false. What can I do to get this PFA dropped or get or for a false statement or even maybe entrapement. Could you please help so this can get cleared. She has previous charges of credit card theft and now she has charges against her for bad checks, rsp, taking property without permission, and forgery. I need this dropped because i do believe she will be going to jail and she is the type of person to hide our daughter so that I can find her. Thanks, Luke

Why would you trust your wife's lawyer? he/she is not your friend and is hire to beat you. You need to get a lawyer and go to court and fight this.
